I have bought Washing machine from Amazon which was delivered on 25th July 2022 to my address with pin code 380060.
First of all, I did not get any information about when the engineer would be coming for installation. I am a working professional and I am available at home during certain time. I am contacting Amazon and Bosch since 3 days for installation. Every time they give me complain number and say that in 48 hours your complain would be resolved.
Yesterday I got a call from one of the engineer at around 1 pm stating that they are coming for demo. However, they shared some photos saying that we need to fit one tap with the size mentioned in the photo. I went to nearest Hardware shop and arranged a plumber who came for fitting around 2.30 pm. I called the Bosch Engineer that plumber is coming so you can come for demo within an hour or so.
Bosch engineer responded that they have left my area and see if they can come next day if they are coming in my area for a visit. I was highly frustrated. Do we need to wait for installation as per Bosch Engineer schedule or they need to call and confirm our schedule and availability?
If any product gets 4 to 5 days time for installation then what is the use? I contact Amazon. They say that they have escalated it and it should be resolved within 48 hours. I call Bosch everyday they are giving me a complain number. There is no way where I can schedule the installation and get the update on that.
I would not now recommend anyone to go for Bosch due to poor Services. Was this information helpful? |
