[Resolved] Bosch Home India — Bosch dishwasher | |||||
I have posted my complaint almost 2 months ago. Still the tecnicans from Bosch are not able to identify the fault in the dishwasher. They have at as in replaced an internal filter which has not solved the problem. I still get dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Now even the technician S and the service head of Bosch Mr Victor repeatedly refuse to take my calls. Is there nobody in Bosch who can make a decision and solve the problem for the customer by refunding the money for a faulty machine?? Is the customer supposed to just compromise after paying almost Rs40000 for a dishwasher which never once gives clean plates. Am I supposed to eat in dirty plates??? Is this the promise of Bosch.
