Worst customer service in hyderabad
I have never seen such pathetic customer service support from any product company. After purchasing bosch dishwasher, 3 days gone and still i am waiting for service engg. To visit my home for installation.
Several times i called naveen (Bosch hyderabad service in charge, cell phone no: [protected]) and bosch call centre, but no response. All the time naveen is making false promises. Ridiculous!!!
