Machine broke down on 12th october, 2016. Lodged complaint using toll free on 13th october. Reminded on 14th oct. Service rep visited on 15th oct. Diagnosed and informed that invoice details will be required. He confirmed that he will visit on 17th oct with part required. On 17th oct, on follow up, he informed that part is not in stock. No further information was provided. I am unable to figure out, how to expedite hence using this medium of communication. I expect restoration today.
