Dear sir, This complain case is with regards to the replacement of gas hob’s burner cap. A small part made of brass, supposedly a sturdy brass part now damaged beyond repair within a period of just three years. I have a modern state of the art clean and hygienic kitchen and there is no question of any misuse or wear and tear. I personally take care of the kitchen for a family of two. I have been quoted 8000 for a pair of burner caps which is a totally blasphemous. Principally, Brand integrity demands that such a small thing should've been replaced free of cost by the company due to a manufacturing defect along with an apology letter for inconvenience and danger caused to the customer As it is i am disappointed with the quality of service from the registered service center Moreover, after this event i have lost complete trust in the bosch brand and its products for any of my future needs. I doubt i would suggest any one to buy the appliances of this brand among my acquaintance. I consider this episode really unfortunate and the fact i trusted bosch for all my kitchen needs, and purchased five gadgets for all my kitchen and washing needs from bosch. I had been falsely hoping it would be a world class star brand where there would be a proper solution to damages like these. A very dissatisfied client.
