I got and error in my Bosch washing machine and i called the Bosch Customer Care.
The Service engineer visited my place on 13th October 2022 and suggest me that the board and door lock has to be replaced and it would cost around 15000 and would be done in 2 days.
I refused to do so but i got a call from the Senior team leader of Bosch and he suggested me that the total cost would be around 8000 and would be done in 2 days.
I never got a call from them and i had called the Service Engineer and the Senior Team leader to their personal number and they never responded, then i have to call the customer care to get a call back from them to hear it would be done in 2 days.
This kept repeating as i have to call the Customer every alternate day to hear from them it would be done in 2 days.
Now i have lost the hopes as when it would be done and i have to take a call in filing a complaint. Was this information helpful? |
