[Resolved] Bosch Home India — bosch washing machine parts not replaced even after complaint | |||
I purchased the bosch washing machine in 2016, the vendor told me that the washing machine is still under warranty, since bosch washing machine comes with 2 year warranty. I placed a complaint when my washing machine stopped working and draining out the water, the technician came and attended the complaint and told me that drain motor and front door need to be replaced, he told me that if the spares are available he will bring the next day, else it would take 10 days for the spares to come from chennai. It has been 3 weeks now. I have been regularly calling him about the spares. Fed up of the constant follow up. When we purchase your product it your duty to give the service, how come you guys don't even bother to attend the call of customer. The guy called naveen from bosch service is least bothered about getting back to customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
