[Resolved] Bosch Home India — bosch washing machine repair | |||
I have taken a bosch washing machine on 6th april 2017 It has some functional issues and we have raised a service request on 4th of september. There was a first visit of the technician /engineer and he mentioned about replacement of spare part (Control module..) and thats all. No further update from the company side and i had already made 2 follow ups to check regarding the status of the complaint and they tell me stories about receiving a call within 24 hrs which never happened. I really had huge trust on this product and brand and it seems that i am wrong. Very bad customer service and no responsibility towards the customers. I would like to return this product.
