As per below complaint logged on 22nd May 2223 in reference service person has visited and he check the machine and told all parts has been damaged and need to replace and cost will charge is rs 13500. and collected his visit charges. when i informed him about the warranty he not agreeing and told you have to contact from where we have purchased.
and when i have contact bajaj electronics they are telling we have only sold and collected amount their but for any problem with warranty Bosch has to take responsibility.
As after taking extra amount for extended warranty for 5 years. iam not getting and answer .
heance request you to please look at the matter and re place all parts under warrenty ASAP.

We have purchase bosh washing machine from bajaj electronics on 08 feb 2019 at the time of purchase they told this product has 5 years extended warranty and from 3-4 days washing machine is not working fine. then i have called customer care and in formed about the issues and also informed about warranty the they have told ok when service person visit you can show your in voice copy to wave off service charges. today i got a call from service person and he is telling no any bosh washing machine has 2 years warranty only you need to pay 800 hundred rupees for service.
