Bosch Home India — bought bosch dishwasher water leakage from the door side

I bought a bosch dishwasher for my new house. From the very first usage there was a leakage of water from the doors.. Contacted the customer care regarding the problem and a technician was sent for the same and he said that the door is broken and he said he will send an email regarding this to the company and the replacement of a new machine will be done.. Its been three weeks since the technician visit no calls or contact or email from the service department.. Yesterday i got a call from the customer care asking about the feedback on the technician... How can i give a feedback for an unfinished service? Disappointed in buying bosch
