I purchased your refrigerator from M/S Suyog Gharsansar, Latur on 30/10/2020 (Model KON43VB401 SN 7314)
I complained about loosening of gasket on May 11, 2021.
In the first week of June 2021 new gasket was made available from you.
Now just after one month i.e. from July 15, 2021, once again the new gasket is loosened.
Technician from Solapur attended this twice in three months. He diagnosed it is due to defective door.
Door is heating so gasket gets loosens. A new door came from your company that was not proper. So I am suffering because of your defective refrigerator.
The problem continues for 11 months. What a kind of customer care is this from a world renowned brand ? Was this information helpful? |
