[Resolved] Bosch Home India — dishwasher defective cutlery basket | |||
I bought a dishwasher bosch e-nr sm66gw01i/55 fd 9906 z-nr 00161 on[protected]. It came with a defective cutlery basket. I was assured that the problem will be resolved in 3 working days. I waited for some time and was given a complaint number[protected]. After following up regularly i was asked to contact their branch manager mr meraj ansari. He has been assuring me that i will be getting a replacement within a few days. This was early january. Now he does not take my calls and the call center says my issue is closed Was this information helpful? | |||

There is only one washing machine in our house and it is damaged due to some reason and the service center has got 10 days today that the spare parts which are not available on them where we are having difficulty in washing
