[Resolved] Bosch Home India — dishwasher - location siruseri | |||
I have raised a complaint for service of dishwasher on 01 september 2017. The id is[protected]. Since then there were two visits of service engineer. During the first service a chip was replaced saying it was faulty. However the replacement did not solve the purpose. Later on follow up again one more service engineer has come and tried to set the machine working. However, he has mentioned that there is blockage (Scale formation) in one of the part and advised that it needs to be replaced. It is more than 3 weeks, i am following up for the spare with toll free number. My latest follow up id is [protected]. It is more than 5 weeks after raising the complaint.
