[Resolved]  Bosch Home India — faulty washing machine issue not resolved from 3 months

We purchased bosch washing machine in nov 2019, we also took extended warranty for the product. From june 2020 we are getting e18 error after every wash. We logged complaint and got the complaint number from bosch customer service, from past 3 months we are continuously following up with multiple service representatives. Every time they ask the details freshly and no further action. Its waste to buy bosch products with this kind of service

Appreciate if bosch can resolve it asap
