Myself saravanan i had bought a refrigerator july 2019. On may 2020 my fridge got problem in cooling system. I had raised my complaint through call center as may 1, may 5, may 9 and may 16. However till now technician not arrived. Since my fridge is in warranty period i could call outside technician also. It’s really pathetic service from bosch. well, I bought a bosch refrigerator in the fourth quarter of 2019. I had done so relying on the much touted German technology. I think I should settle for the hard working Japanese next time. The plastic on the door trays are so brittle that two of them have developed deep cracks in spite of the fact that the load in them has been light... medicines, etc. as far as service is concerned, the mandatory visit by a service person after installation never happened. I have raised a complaint now...let us see how the German work culture responds!
