Hi, I had bought a Bosch refrigerator with the understanding of high quality. The fridge was working fine for 5-6 months but later water droplets started forming at the bottom of the trays. These droplets started tricking down to the vegetable tray and everything in the tray would get wet.
I filed two complaints [protected] on 16th June & [protected] 13th Sep. These complaints were attended to after nearly a month and the issue remains unresolved till date.
Finally in 1st week Nov, I was promised that a refund will be given and was asked for cancelled cheque & PAN copy. However, till date I have neither received the refund not received any update from the team.
Appreciate if you could refund the full amount at the earliest.
