We had made complaint for front load washing machine WAK24168IN/07 on 14th sept 2022 for program sequence error.
But no body from bosch showed interest for servicing after repeatedly calling bosch customer care and sending multiple emails. On 22nd sept service engineer visited and told it is motherboard issue and has to replace it.
For replacement he told it will take another 3-4 days. But till date no replacement happened. I called there service area manager, senior manager but they are not responding.
I was shock how bosch customer care is so careless. In future I will not buy any bosch product that is sure.
