Bosch Home India — Front loading washing machine | |||||
I had purchased bosch front loading washing machine from mysore. I got a display piece without proper packaging, full of scratches and opened manuals etc. I went to the dealer and the display piece was missing. I was promised delivery in 4 days. After multiple followups, finally they sent display piece. Dealer denied sending display piece but unable to explain why the display piece is missing in the showroom. I complained to bosch and they said they will look into it. The technicians visited and confirmed it was a display piece. They said they will get back. Its more than 3 months and they stopped responding to my emails also. Its unfortunate that bosch has stooped to such low levels. Bosch seems to fully support the dealer. The worst experience in getting a refriegerator repaired with bosch. My complaint number[protected] dated 29/05/2017. Totally unprofessional approach. i was surprised that BOSCH is so bad in after sales service.
