[Resolved] Bosch Home India — major problem in 2 years | |||
Bought front loading machine had problem now and then got cleared by service people. Now immediately after warranty over they are tell8to replace the drum and suspension which is the major part in a washing machine. I was shocked hearing this. I need a replacement. Please maintain the standards bosch not at all acceptable. Ur people r telling they have not got approval and we are with out machine for past 15 days horrible bosch. Please look in to the matter and do the replacement as soon possible. I cannot bear any charges. One more thing the service person charged 800rs for checking the complaint.
