I bough the microwave in Aug 2020, till now it has been defunct at least thrice.

Now I have returned it and have asked for a refund.

they have also taken the microwave as their process for refund but till now no refund.
it has been more than a month from the last defect and my raising of the complaint and starting this entire process.

Very BAD!!
