[Resolved] Bosch Home India — new bosch refrigerator not working | |||||
I bought a bosch refrigerator on the 27th of july and since it's delivery and installation the refrigerator has not been cooling properly. Food is going bad in the fridge. The technician who came to see the fridge didn't have a thermometer to ascertain the temperature in the fridge. All he said was that the fan isn't working and the compressor is heating up and left. That is no way to address a complaint of a new fridge. The unit is defective and needs to be replaced asap or our money should be returned. Was this information helpful? | |||||
