Bosch Home India — New washing machine found faulting with multiple parts replacement, Wanted replacement with New washing machine and not parts .

I am facing service issues with my new washing machine which was purchased on 06th Aug'23.

The engineer visited several time and replace various parts but still the washing machine is not working.
02 engineer visited and checked on the issue and informed again they are awaiting few parts.

Seriously very frustrating and Useless service by Bosch.

So I request you to kindly look into the matter to be solved immediately with replacement of the washing machine.

Suggest me to whom I should complain to next escalation team either in India or Bosch GmBH Germany
