[Resolved] Bosch Home India — No service on broken down dishwasher | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is regarding a service request i placed with bosch after the dishwasher which is only a year and half old broke down. You can get the details of the purchase under the registered mobile number [protected] The service request was placed 3 weeks ago. 8 days into the request after daily follow ups a technician appeared for a visit. (Mr. Rakesh from mysore) Then he mentioned that he needs to order a part and i`m still waiting for it since 10 days. The machine was bought to avoid work for elders which is failing since 3 weeks although bosch promises service response with 48 hours. I have bought new appliances for bosch for a new home trusting the brand which includes a dishwasher, hob, refrigerator and washing machine which are yet to be installed and am now worried looking at the quality of the service and even considering return of the products.
