[Resolved] Bosch Home India — non attendance of technician for service of newly purchased washing machine | |||
I have purchased bosch washing machine recently in belagavi. As the same was not running properly, ilodged a service complaint during the warranty period. With order id of [protected]. After having contacted [protected]. The complaint was lodged on 19.09.2012. One tecchnician from belagavi attended and after that he never turned up. He said that during the warranty period, the company will provide the board for servicing. As there was no response, a further complaint was filed by me on 04.10.2011 and the order number is [protected] and [protected] after a gap of nearly 20 days. No body is caring neither the company nor the technicians so far . Why we should buy the products of bosch when the service itself is not there in timely manner. Was this information helpful? | |||
