[Resolved] Bosch Home India — pathetic bosch india customer support | |
I am writing this after my third experience with the customer support team. Their service request handling is pathetic after having faced for bothe refrigerator and washing machine. There is absolutely no coordination with the service request team and the technical team. The best part is that they do even know the meaning of high priority ticket. I had a ticket raised day before evening, after waiting for 24 hrs assured that my ticket will be addressed within 48hrs. This morning i am told that my ticket has been closed and a new request is raised. They are simply escaping from their sla’s. Was this information helpful? | |

I bought a washing machine from Bosch last month and along with it bought extended warranty and stand, however, having paid the money, haven’t received any documentation confirming extended warranty nor received the stand.
This seems like a fraud and didn’t expect this from a reputed firm like Bosch.
