I have been having a really very hard time with Bosch support.
* I opened a ticket with Bosch for my washing machine on 30th of November.
* Technician came and checked the issue on 2nd of December, only on the third since the ticket was opened, whereas I was promised that the issue will be fixed in 24hours, while purchasing the product.
* After inspecting the machine, the technician confirmed a rat bite on a bunch of cables.
* I was charged Rs.800 as a visiting cost, though I have the product under warranty.
* I was told that the replacement of those cables would cost Rs.1200 -approx.
* I was told that the cables would be fixed in 3-4 days max.
* It has been more than 7 days and yet no sign of getting back on this.
* When I checked this with the service center, I was told that the product is not yet delivered and the cost of the product is Rs.1990. Do you mean, 5 cables cost 10% of the entire product value?
* If there is a slight difference in the price, say about 100 or 200 is fine, but the margin of 800Rs is totally unacceptable.
So far, I am totally unhappy with the service, the amount I was charged as a visiting charge and the amount estimated for the cable replacement.
I want clarity on this.
I have purchased 2 Bosch top load washing machines, trusting your product and it's post sales service.
Now, after experiencing the worst service and the expensive service, I would never buy any Bosch products, in fact I was planning to buy Dishwasher and I am dropping that plan now.
Neither my friends or my family members would be happy to buy your products, knowing what I've been through with your support team.
