[Resolved] Bosch Home India — poor service and mis guidance for refrigerator | |||||
Hi, Bosch servicing is so bad even after spending so much on replacing the parts. I ended up with a fridge having so many issues. It started with alarm bell as cooling was not happening for which the technician said need to change the motherboard. After closing the fridge for 2-3 days and multiple calls they changed the motherboard and still the cooling was not proper and too much ice was getting formed in the fridge. Then technician said its issue with some sensor wires which need to be replaced so we paid 5000 for the motherboard and some 600 for sensor wires. Sensor wires came after 2-3 weeks. Every time we called they used to say that they have placed an order for the same. Even after changing that it was not working. Again technician said switch off the fridge for 2 days to set the temperature. It was like he was doing experiments and actually doesn't know the problem. Even we were told to call mr. Mansoor here in bangalore and he used to say that technician will come. Requested to change the technician but the same technician was sent all the time. Almost 6 months passed like this.
