[Resolved] Bosch Home India — Replacement of drum | |||
I have purchased Bosch washing from your dealer, IHAM DIGITAL, CALICUT, in the month of August 2017. The machine worked well but a few days back it has noise while working. I have registered a complaint to the customer care and technician came . As per his report the drum has to be replaced which costs around ₹10000. As the drum has got damage within a short period of 3 years I am asking whether there is any chance to get it repaired without any cost.(the IFB machine I have used earlier has got damage after 12 years ).
