[Resolved] Bosch Home India — Terrible service | |||
I had registered a complaint for my BOsch refigerator last week. My fridge is just 2 years old and a technician visited and advised that a part costing to Rs. 6000 has to be changed which is not in warrantee. Now we have been waiting for that part to be changed and the concerned person is not responding as to when should we expect him. At first place after investing in an expensive appliance like bosch, we did not expect it to get out of order within 2 years!!! Secondly when you charge Rs.800 for your visiting charges, we should be able to expect atleast a dependable and fast service. As of today the person had switched off his phone. We don't know whats the status of our complaint and when is it expected to be resolved. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED. Was this information helpful? | |||
