Hi, I had bought a Bosch Fridge in Oct 2021. And within a span of one year, my fridge is having the second breakdown. Both the times the fan stopped working and needs to be replaced. This is happening within one year of purchase and how do I trust this brand anymore? To add to this problem, I'm yet to get my fridge repaired after my second complaint. The technician keeps telling me that the part has not reached. I do not understand, waiting for more than a week for replacement parts. And that too lack of communication and clarity about it.
