I had raised a service request for my top load washing machine on 09-May-2022. The service technician behavior is completely rude & unacceptable. He did not service the washing machine & charged Rs.1, 500 for the service. Neither he provided the receipt nor service report. He came for service on[protected]. His phone # [protected].
He started he drum clean function & said the service is done. He didn't check or clean any inlet neither he opened the right bottom top.
I strongly demand for an action & either reimbursement of my Rs.1, 500 or kindly align another technician for servicing of washing machine.
such service experience is not excepted from Bosch. I can not accept such poor & devastating service experience from Bosch. I get the service booked through company not outside the company so that my product can be used & maintained as per Bosch standard. But the technician completely ruined it.
