[Resolved]  Bosch Home India — washing machine - drain is not working

Bought bosch washing machine in june 2017. A month before washing machine stopped working. I registered a complaint through customer care immediately. Technician visited and said - drainer has to be replaced

Its almost a months time but still not solved. I tried calling service center (Chennai/delhi), branch manager of shahdra, delhi and customer care but there is no proper response. Every time i call they say we haven't received the new - drainer
