[protected] Cust. Id: [protected] I have bought a washing machine in 2017 and taken Extended Warranty as well. The Certificate of Extended Warranty is expiring on 26 June 2021. I have made a request for servicing fault repairs on 21 June 2021. As of date nobody has turned up to attend to my fault repair request. I should think this delaying tactics is to make me pay for the visiting and repair charges. This is not expected of a reputed company like Bosch. They send e-mail replies informing me that my service request has been escalated. I don’t know what does this mean! Bosch is very disappointing!
