Bosch Home India — Washing machine installation Delay

I have purchased WAJ2416SIN, Silver washing machine and registered for installation via service order [protected]. Its been 3 days and no response. Customer care keep saying wait for 48 hours. This is an online purchase and unless registered technician installs, i cannot return if there are any defects. Please do the needful.

BOSCH service is really bad. I am also facing the problem regarding repair. I am really disappointed purchasing BOSCH product. I will not recommend any one to buy BOSCH.
