I am writing this complaint regarding the Service Order Number: [protected] registered on 17th December 2021. The issue is raised with respect to the non functioning of my Washing Machine (WAB16060IN), which was purchased on 8th May 2017.
One of the service engineers visited and confirmed that the issue is with Tub. The solution he suggested was to replace the tub. However, the SV Care customer service provider confirmed that tub spare part is not available for this model and they are insisting me to buy a new model instead of repairing the machine.
I am continuously following up with the SV Care Service Provider to get a solution for the issue but I don’t see anything satisfying has happened till now. I am really disheartened to inform you about the untrusted experience with this whole process and Bosch. I did not receive any proactive communication through calls/emails from the customer service to fix the problem. Every time, I have been initiating the communication to know the status of my request.
As I am stuck with this issue from the past 3 weeks, I kindly request you to refund the MRP of the machine or take necessary action to repair the machine as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
