[Resolved] Bosch Home India — Washing machine-Model INOX 10 kgs | |||
I have purchased the above washing machine in 19 February 2019 and as there was a defect, it was replaced in July 2019. Since then the machine was working fine. Since August 2020, I raised a complaint for vibration and leakage from the washing machine. On 8th Sept 2020 the engineer came and repaired the leakage issue. However the complaint was closed without attending to the vibration issue. Again on 25th Sept I raised a new complaint which till date the engineer has not come and also despite speaking to the Area Manager. Request for urgent resolution of my complaint.
