[Resolved] Bosch Home India — Washing machine (model # wak24268in) | |||
Hi, I have purchased a washing machine (Model # wak24268in) on may 22, 2017. I have called up customer care on june 12, 2017, and have requested for a standard installation and demo of the product. I was surprised to hear from the representative that i had purchased the product one year ago, which is not the case, and had to explain him that i made the purchase this year itself (I have the invoice with me wherein i can provide a proof that indeed i made the purchase this year itself). I was told by the representative that an engineer would visit my house and install the product and give a demo of the same. Two days have passed and neither have i got a call from any of the representative nor i got a message. I have called up the customer care again today and i got the same response that the issue would be addressed in 48 hours. I haven't expected this from a company like bosch and this issue makes me think before recommending any of bosch products to my family/friends. Please arrange for an engineer to get the standard installation/demo done at the earliest. My details are mentioned below.
