Dear sir, I purchased your bosch washing machine by mistake on 6th august 2016 against invoice no. 3005 from neeru electronics, malviya nagar, new delhi 110017. I communicated to your toll free no today twice and requested them to send your service engineer to install my machine. But no body has come to attend my machine for installation. I feel very bad, i bought this product due to renowned organisation in world. I think that was my mistake to make myself over confident to buy your company's product. I requested to your toll free office duty officers and communicate them my presence / availability is must on installation. But they ignored my request to satisfy a valuable customer. You are requested to suggest how i can return your machine which is lying in my house since 7th august 2016, un-installed. I shall be thankful to you.
