I bought a new bosh fully automatic washing machine spending 54k during july 2016. On august 10th 2017 it stopped working. 3 level escalation has been made and the final technician confirmed that its the issue with the machine that can not be repaired, and company would be replacing it. Since than every day i have been calling up the manager and he says that he is waiting for the email confirmation. I am not sure how the mail was sent. Pathetic service and response from bosh.
If some one in bosh is really capable and well trained on customer centricity and understand the suffering of the customers.
Kindly assist me to get my refund asap.
1st technician mohanty - [protected] took 2 month
2nd sr. Technican - baji ali - [protected] took 2 weeks to confirm that that the machine need to sent to the factory as its not reparable.
Asst. Manager - naresh - [protected] confirmed that he has sent an email on 16th and still waiting for the poor response from the management.
Hope this details are helpful to solve my issue and kindly refund my amount asap.
