I have bought a Bosch Top load machine from Croma Piplod Surat in the month of March 2022, and by June 2022 the top lid started making creaking noise. So my family raised a complaint to which the service guy came and checked and told that the mechanical part in the frame is faulty and hence needs to be replaced. He then ordered the part which took almost one month to arrive. Next time to change that part another technician came to repair it and he observed that the frame is broken and the sound was coming due to it and not due to the internal part. Now i suspect that either of the technician while opening and fitting the internal part must have broken the frame or it must have been broken since the beginning. If that is the case i am totally amused by the service quality and the product quality of Bosch. The technician refused to replace the broken lid and said that it would be payable. So i escalated the matter to your call centre through which i got the number of Mr. Hitesh Gadhiya, branch manager Surat. To my surprise he was not even ready to understand and empathise instead had one tape recorded being played that damages would be chargeable.
I am really disappointed with the way Bosch is handling my case and I must tell you this would be the first and last product of Bosch to be purchased by my family. We have been using LG and Samsung since so many years never faced such an issue. They have been proactively servicing us and I am now repenting our decision of buying a Bosch product. Hoping for a positive revert to this message with quick resolution.
