I have purchased a washing machine from bosch (eco silence) on[protected]. It is under warranty. Nowadays while spinning I am receiving noise. In this connection twice i have made online complaint through toll free number and some technicians have attended it. But the problem still remains. So on 22-8 2016 i have registered one more complaint. The order number is [protected]. But no one turned up. I have called the toll free number once again on Friday i.e.[protected]. The call center agent has apologized and registered another complaint. But no response. For the standard of Bosch it is unacceptable. Please send technician.
