Engineer attended the call RUMAN @[protected]
My WM had got stuck while washing was going on, error msg was displayed. Manually removed the clothes and logged a ticket, through Bosch Customer Care center. They send the above engineer, he visits site and updates the PCB has to be replaced/repaired and would cost INR 6850 and 450 for service call attending. I agree to the same. within 24hrs the guy comes with the serviced/repaired PCB. Fixes it, takes google pay payment and put the machine for cleaning 15 mts and leaves the premise saying everything is all right. After he leaves the same issue resurfaces, we call the engineer again, he doesn't recv the call now, asked for bill which he did give and said will come in whatsapp.
I search google and find a video to fix the problem and it works the problem is cleared.
Bosch / Service providers are cheating customers and extracting money but not doing the actual service. Sorry situation but if i don't recv refund, will take this consumer court for sure.
