Bosch Home India — Worst and bad service!!!! | |||
Dear Bosch Team, Im using our bosch machine from dt[protected] and now that machine was not worked from date[protected] we just raised complaint and after 2 days techncian came and said some wiring issue and have to replace with new motor for wiring set and it may be some chargable.. We said no issues sir replace it but that item not available with technician and he said will order from store for replacement on that day... But still not getting any reply from that technician as well as from store as I'm continuosly follow up with them but no use now dt[protected]... Dear team now a days washing machine is not a luxury item it is a necessity item to the house hold... I'm very disappointed about bosch as such worst service providing u, if possible arrange technician ASAP.. . Thanks and regards Ganapathi.
