[Resolved] Bosch Home India — worst washing machine service | |
Our bosch washing machine had some sound issue. So we called the service center number. A person came immediately after an hour and told drain motor needs to be changed which costs 2000rs. Then he took the parts with him. Later we received call from service center telling even mother board needs repair so total cost would be 5k. We agreed and later the next day a person came and installed. He told total bill is 7k. We were shocked. And he demanded to transfer the amount immediately to his account. When we asked for bill and warranty he told it will be sent by the manager in 15 mins. But then we said we will only transfer if we get bill as we were not at home and only my mother in law was there at home and we were talking only on phone. Then we got bill and we transferred immediately. Later when we tried to run the machine it dint work. We are continuously trying his number no one is picking the call or either they pick and tell they will come and no one comes. It's been frustrating since 5 days. Was this information helpful? | |
