I had purchased a 6.6KG washing machine (Invoice no: VEL[protected], Dated 4-Jul-2023) from BOSCH outlet Vellore, Tamilnadu.
I had paid 33K rupees in total. I got invoice for 30K. The remaining 3K was received by the showroom representative at the time of delivery of the machine on the same day of purchase.
I was told by the same showroom represetative that the request for installation (to be done in the immediate next day) has been raised. But the installation didn't happen as promised. Upon checking with your customer care, I was told that no any installation request was raised. I was shocked on hearing this. Finally my call was taken as input for installation request by your customer care team and work was done on the next day.
I was waiting for the e-mail for the extended warranty as committed by that showroom representative.
Nothing was received so far. Upon calling the showroom person on 28-July-2023, I was told that he will check and update. I was waiting till 31-July-2023 and had called again as I didn't get any call from them. They had asked for my eMail id (I had given all those details on the day of purchase itself) and I had sent the same again through SMS and WhatsApp.
I am yet to receive the e-Mail for the extended warranty.
I feel there is something terribly wrong with that Showroom and I request to kindly interfere in this matter and take necessary actions to send me my document for the extended warranty for which I had paid. Was this information helpful? |
