Bosch — Unprofessional service


We complained when our washing machine stopped working to Bosch customer care. We got service person from *unprofessional* *Neha Home care Solutions agency.*

1. Service person 1 visit - Abhishek - 25 may 2022 - He didn't know anything regarding machine - he struggled a lot to remove the detergent panel. We helped him doing that.
- All he did during the visit was talking to senior every now and then and watching you tube videos and after all this he prescribed *Drain pump motor* - we paid 800₹ for this professional ?!!! diagnosis!

Visit 2 - Abhishek + his senior Sarath Babu

They together changed the drain pump motor - Paid 4425₹ - Test run failed

Another diagnosis - new discovery - *Drain Hose* change prescribed

Visit 3 - Vignesh - he installed new drain hose - ₹895 paid

*Again Test run failed*

Suggested to check with voltage - electrician problem and told voltage issue after calling his senior

We checked with electrician and he told power is 231 v - which is good and there is no issue with power

Visit 4 - Rajesh - checked and reported that the voltage input is fine and new discovery again - *power circuit failure*

New discovery discovered - circuit board damage - suggested circuit board change also told it may cost ₹6- 7 thousand ...

Later no response from Neha agencies - after so many calls we were tired.

We again tried calling customer care and said we wanted to talk to senior
They gave area manager number - *aravindham or arivanandham* - when we called he told I am the proprietor and didn't even listen to us properly...

We called customer care about the same - they gave another number - now the area manager is *Arun*

I said I wanted to talk to senior executive - Santhosh spoke - he told area manager is *Saravanan*
I really got shocked how come my area manager has three names and why are they wasting every one's time and energy !

So santhosh told me he himself will talk to the area manager !

Guess what ?! I got call from the same number with a service person named sarath !

When I want to file a complaint about Agency *Neha home care solutions
How will I talk to the same team ????
They have no Bosch person to contact to complaint about this totally non professional agency !

I never expected Bosch service would be unprofessional to this extent !
