[Resolved] Bosch — washing machine - spare replacement delayed for rat bite issue | |||
Date of incident :- 05/09/2020 It is been 20days since we have logged a complaint for replacing the spare due to some collapse in machine. Receiving invalid information from engineer or support person about the status of spare parts availability. I lost patience to follow them up and hear status which is not at all accepted. Every time we are receiving different status of the spare part reaching first we heart from team it is dispatched from mumbai then we got update from ahmedabad and now today we got update it getting dispatched from germany Information they are providing blinded to customer and cheating them.
