I purchased bose quietcontrol 30 on 19th october, 2017 from chroma t. Nagar, chennai. After using it a 1.5 years, left earpiece started making some distorted noise everytime i turn on the earpiece. I took it to bose service in t. Nagar on 9th november, 2019. I talked to this lady, roselind, and she said they don't have the stock and it'll take a maximum of 3 weeks to import it from us. After 3 weeks, i sent a follow up mail on 30th november. I got a reply on 2nd december that the product will be received that week and they will notify me. I am still waiting, it's 18th december and no updates from them. Bose is so poor in both product quality and service. With just their name popularity they increase their price and cheat the customers. Im expecting some response from bose on this and my defective product should be replaced as early as possible.
