I am Mayur Bhavsar and love to hear music and that too from Bose product, it is no match to any other music system.
Hence, I bought Bose SoundTouch III music system on 02 Sep 2018.worth Rs. 33638/-

At present, the system is having problem with the power input( no power display).
Hence, I contacted from where I had purchase Bose Corporation India Pvt. ltd., Inorbit Mall Gorwa Road, Vadodara, Gujarat-390023, India
.The sales person told me to take the music system to service center. And when I inquired regarding service center, It is located at Ahmedabad, 100 kms from Vadodara. I need to do courier or need to deliver myself for the music system.
When I made contact to the service center, it was very surprising to know that service center will charge me Rs. 7080/- only for servicing the music system and if any spare parts are to be replaced, it will be charged extra. Also, spares parts need to be ordered which will take more than one month' time depending upon the spare part to be replaced.
It is very unfair that BOSE charges Rs. 7000+ for servicing a music system.If I would have made aware of the service charges while buying BOSE product, I would have avoid it purchasing.
Service charges cannot be so high, at least in India.It should be reasonable enough Rs. 1000/-
Next time, before buying product I will definitely inquire about the service charges if the product is from other country than India.
