The Bose service is utter waste. The customer care never responds properly and the service centre charges hefty amount. My base module was complaint during lockdown and under warranty. I couldn't bring the base module to service due to lockdown and the customer care agreed to service it under warranty later. But, the service center is asking 14K for a power board failure. My device is dead for last 2 years after spending 70K. Looting people, someone should learn from Bose.
